Rome born chef owned authentic Italian Restaurant located inside a 100 years old traditional Japanese house in the countryside of Yame, an area recognized for the best green tea of Japan and for the amazing "Amao" strawberries.

Enjoy like being back to the Edo period along a beautiful river.

Overnight stays are available in a newly started private lodge right in front of the restaurant. Pick up service at Kurume station available.

The chef, Antonio is from Rome and he will cook the best carbonara you can find in a Yame or Fukuoka restaurant: either at lunch either at dinner time. He will use Yame eggs. guanciale and pecorino and sarawack black pepper. Short pasta mezze maniche or spaghetti
